Refund & Cancellation Policy
No cancellation will be processed once the order has been placed. However, if you have any concerns with the order, you can reach out to us through the Contact Us page.
As our products are semi-perishable food items, products can be returned only within 24 hours from the day of delivery.
In case product is damaged on receipt, and you don’t accept the packet at the time of the delivery due to a torn or damaged product, a replacement will be provided to you and a refund may also be processed depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can reach out to us through the Contact Us page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping Policy
We usually ship the product within 2 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within a week. High Octane is committed to delivering your order within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
